The Jurnii AI score is a composite score that reflects your brand's overall digital experience. It’s calculated using proprietary AI algorithms that analyze four key categories:

  1. Performance

Scores are aggregated from online data sources such as Lighthouse and Google Developer Tools. We apply an average of the sub-category scores generated and then a weighting of 70% of the scores generated for mobile and 30% for desktop.

  2. Journey

Each journey is made up of 15-20 specific data points. Each of these data points are scored as met/not met/unknown.This generates a total journey specific score out of 100, and an averaged total journey score out of 100.

  3. Usability

Each usability group is made up of 5-20 heuristics. Each of these heursitcs are scored on a scale of 1-5.The end result is the average taken from all heuristics from a sub-group and expressed as a percentage, where 100% means all 5s.

  4. Perception

Score is averaged through calculation of Customer Satisfaction (review platform score x20) and Customer Sentiment ((%positive-%negative)+100)/2)

Final Score Calculation

Each category contributes to the overall experience score using the following weightings:

  • Performance (30%)

  • Journey (30%)

  • Usability (20%)

  • Perception (20%)

The sum of these weighted scores results in a total Jurnii AI score, expressed on a 0-100 scale, offering a comprehensive view of a brand’s digital experience.
