Managing your team

Within the Jurnii AI platform, you are able to invite an team members to view the reports generated.

Within each team, there will be two access rights:

  • Admin - has access to all reports and can run searches from the account

  • Viewer - can view a selection (or all) of the reports.

There can only be one Admin, and this person can edit which reports each "Viewer" can access.

To manage your team, visit the My Account section and click the Team button in the header. From there to:

  1. Inviting Team Members

    1. Go to the Team section and select Invite Team Members.

    2. Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite.

    3. Assign a role if applicable (e.g., Admin, Viewer).

    4. Click Send Invitation. The invited member will receive an email to join.

Alternatively, you can copy the link generated on that page and share how you please with team members.

2. Managing Permissions

  1. In the Team section, click on Manage Permissions.

  2. Find the team member whose permissions you want to change.

  3. From there, you can select which reports this team member has access to

  4. Click Save to update their permissions.
